Cancellation Policy
We ask that you contact us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel.
We appreciate each and every client at Lesley Rogers Hair Salon. Please respect our policies and understand that missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance inhibits the opportunity for us to fill that appointment time with services for another valued client.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the booked appointment service cost. No shows and cancellations with less than 2 hours notice will be charged 100% of the booked appointment service cost.
